Because every product is made-to-order, we can only accept returns or replacements for certain cases.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You may request a replacement or refund if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item or size.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size/color ordered by the customer.
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Sale or clearance items.
3. How to Request a Return or Replacement
- Email hello@morgansagestudios.store with your order number and photos.
- We’ll review and respond within 1–3 business days.
- If approved, we’ll send instructions for a replacement or refund.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
5. Exchanges
If an exchange is approved (e.g., size correction after a damaged item), a new item will be produced and shipped at no additional charge.
6. Return Shipping
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only if production has not started.
