At Morgan Sage Studios, each piece is made-to-order and shipped directly to you with care.
1. Processing Time
Most items are created within 2–7 business days before shipment.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
2. Estimated Delivery
- U.S. orders: 5–10 business days after production
- International orders: 10–20 business days after production Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs delays.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected carrier service.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages

We’ll work with the carrier to locate or replace your order whenever possible.
